Anna and the vibrational state

Anna is a teacher. She teaches Conscientiology. Every day, Anna works with energies. She feels energies around her.

One day, Anna is at home. She wants to feel calm. She sits on a chair. Anna is quiet. She thinks about her body.

Suddenly, she feels something! The energy in her body is strong. It moves up and down. Anna is happy. This is the vibrational state or VS.

She is calm, but her energy moves fast. Anna knows this is good. The vibrational state helps her feel better.

After some minutes, Anna is relaxed. Her energy is active now. She feels good.

Instructions to install the vibrational state

Do you want to practice VS like Anna? Follow these steps:

  • Stand up: Stay still, with your feet apart. Close your eyes. Relax your arms.
  • Focus on your energy: Imagine your energy moving from your head to your feet.
  • Move the energy back up: Bring the energy from your feet back to your head.
  • Repeat: Do this 10 times, making the energy move faster each time.
  • Feel the vibration: Let your whole body feel the energy.
  • Practice daily: Try in different places and situations.
